I’ve always liked this place, so I was disappointed this time. I asked about dairy-free options and the staff seemed unsure about what was actually safe to order. I didn’t feel confident risking it, so I ended up leaving without eating. I still want to support them because I’ve had good experiences before, but this wasn’t great for someone with dietary needs

The food was alright overall, but my meat came out kind of dry and overcooked. It still had decent flavor, so it wasn’t a total letdown or anything... just not as good as I was hoping this time.

I’m big on sauces with kebabs, and this place just didn’t have much going on. Basic options, and a few I expected weren’t there. Food was fine, but it felt a bit boring without better sauces. Probably wouldn’t rush back.

I stopped in with my brother and the food was decent, nothing too memorable. The place was loud and felt a bit cramped, and our table was sticky which wasn’t great. The lighting also felt kind of odd, so we didn’t really feel like lingering. We just ate quickly and left. The staff was nice enough though, so no complaints there.

The veggies were really fresh and crisp, which I appreciated, especially the lettuce and cucumbers. But the meat had that slightly old taste to it, like it had been sitting around a bit too long, so that kind of took away from the meal

Ordered from The Kebab Shop. the food got here still really hot. Not that sad lukewarm thing you get from some places. Fries too, still warm, which was a nice surprise. Just made the whole meal better. Easy 5 stars from me.

Food was good, nothing to complain about there. But finding parking took me a while and it made the whole visit a bit less easy then it should’ve been.

I reached out because part of my food was missing, i figured it would be a simple fix. But nope. I got a few generic replies that felt like they were copied and pasted, no refund, no real apology, nothing that made it seem like anyone actually looked into it. It’s frustrating because I wasn’t even asking for much, just the food I paid for or some kind of fair response. Anyway, it just left a bad taste, and not even from the food I didn’t get.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, and compared to a lot of places where you feel rushed the second you walk in, this was a nice change. The staff greeted me right away and let me take my time figuring out what to order. The food came out fine, and the place was clean enough. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the line moved a little slower than I expected, especially compared to similar lunch spots. Still, everyone working there stayed friendly the whole time, so overall it was a good visit...

Really enjoyed the food overall. The chicken had a lot of flavor, and the sauces made it even better, especially the garlic one. The fries were solid too. One bite of the chicken was a little dry, but nothing that ruined the meal. It felt like a place that actually puts care into what they serve, and I’m always happy to support that. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered for pickup and still ended up waiting almost 40 minutes past the time they gave me, which was frustrating. I was just sitting there in my car scrolling on my phone with my drink getting warm. I’ve had delivery from here before too, and that was slow as well. The food was fine once I finally got it, nothing terrible, but the waiting makes the whole experience kind of annoying.

I really didn’t feel comfortable eating here. The tables were sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the whole place just felt gross. I ended up bringing it up to the staff because it seemed like something that needed to be addressed, not just ignored. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

The plates looked neat and colorful when they arrived, though they’d gotten a little messy during delivery. Still, it looked good overall.

I do like that The Kebab Shop makes it not hard to change my order around. Like I can pick the base, add the sauces I want, and remove stuff I’m not into without it feeling like a whole big situation, which is nice because I am a little picky with food.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because the online options can be kind of confusing sometimes. I’m looking at it like, wait, what already comes on this? But overall it works out well for me and I appreciate being able to customize without making it weird

I ordered a kebab bowl and was disappointed when it showed up barely half full. For what it cost, I expected a lot more food. The taste was fine, nothing wrong there, but I was still hungry after finishing it. I also felt kind of dismissed, like the portion size wasn’t supposed to be a big deal. Overall, not really worth the price for me

I ordered from thekebabshop.com and somehow a bunch of my order was wrong (which is extra frustrating because the receipt was correct). The sauces were missing, I got the wrong wrap, and the side I paid for wasn’t included at all. I didn’t really feel like calling and dealing with it, so I just ate what showed up. Disappointing, honestly...
